News about the iPhone 7 slimming down has come from two sources.
Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s laid a great foundation for the future and it will be exciting to see where Apple takes the iPhone and its technology next year. In addition to the flush camera, the iPhone 7 is also rumored to feature stereo speakers.

The March event could also see the release of new Apple Watch models, mostly consisting of new wristbands and software improvements. We haven't heard anything new on that front, but a new report says there will be some changes on the outside when the smartphone finally arrives.

The report also appears to confirm previous rumors that Apple is planning to consign the headphone jack to the history books.

The iPhone 7 is likely to be unveiled in September.
An A9 processor, upgraded 8-megapixel camera, M9 chip for fitness tracking, finger print scanner for Touch ID, NFC chip for Apple Play and Apple's latest WiFi are some of the important and eagerly anticipated features of this new iPhone from Apple.
